Irrigation engineer, two others dead in separate mishaps
Three persons were killed in separate road accidents in Mahbubnagar and Nagarkurnool districts in Sunday.
Mahbubnagar/Nagarkurnool: Three persons were killed in separate road accidents in Mahbubnagar and Nagarkurnool districts in Sunday. In the first incident, a speeding car hit the road divider near Rajapur mandal in Mahabubnagar district, skidded off the road and fell on its side. Vishweshwar (45), an Irrigation Department engineer from Marlu colony Mahbubnagar district, died in the incident.
According to police, Vishweshwar along with his wife Navaneetha and two children had gone to Yadagirigutta temple. The accident happened when they were on their back. It is suspected that the Vishweshwar, who was driving the car, could have fallen asleep, leading to the accident.
While Vishweshwar, who suffered severe head injuries, died on the spot, his wife Navaneetha and the two children were severely injured and shifted to hospital for treatment.
In the second incident, two persons were killed, and two others were injured in a road accident near Domalapenta village underAmbrabad mandal in Nagarkurnool district on Sunday. The incident happened when a speeding car rammed into an auto-rickshaw from behind. The impact of the accident was so intense that the passengers in the auto-rickshaw were thrown out.
