Road-widening works inspected
District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar ordered the officials of engineering department to complete road widening works from Chandrapet Centre to Ragudu junction as early as possible.
Sircilla: District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar ordered the officials of engineering department to complete road widening works from Chandrapet Centre to Ragudu junction as early as possible. He on Tuesday inspected development and road widening works at Ragudu junction to Sircilla old bus stand that are in progress by walking all the way.
After inspecting the works, the Collector ordered the officials concerned to replace old pipes with new ones at Ragudu Junction along with removing constructions that are coming in the way of developmental works.
Krishna Bhaskar also ordered the officials to start construction works of drains from Venkampet to Chandrapet along with taking up construction works of drains at Nethanna Junction near Sircilla old bus stand.
He inspected the developmental works of Kotha Cheruvu and observed foundations laid for installing various equipment for children to play in the proposed site of Park in the premises of Kotha Cheruvu.
City Commissioner Ramana Chary, Town Planning Officer Ansar, Additional Divisional Engineer Anil, Divisional Executive Engineer Narendar, Executive Engineer of Road and Buildings Department Vigneshwar Reddy and Divisional Engineer Kishan accompanied the Collector during the inspection.
