Karimnagar: The Task Force police on Monday arrested six persons on the charges of playing cards and seized five mobiles and recovered Rs 12,810 from their possession.
Task Force circle inspector Srinivas Rao said the task force police, acting over a tip off, raided a house at Ayodhya Nagar of Katta Rampur village in the district and arrested six persons, who were playing cards.The accused were identified as Sardar Kripal, Choppari Sampath, Durumutla Madhusudhan, Chiguru Ashok, Kuna Anji and Kannamalla Gopi.
The arrested persons and the seized property were handed over to Karimnagar One Town police for further investigation. Task Force cops Madhavi, M Ramesh, T Vivek participated in the raid along with others.
