The Collector participated in the Grievance Day programme organised here at Zilla Parishad Conference Hall in Khammam and received grievances from the people.

Speaking on the occasion, Lokesh Kumar said the people would come from distant places with a lot of hope and submit their grievances on the occasion of Grievance Day expecting that their problems would be solved. The officials must respond positively to the grievances received from the people and must take necessary steps for solving them immediately, he directed.

The Collector also directed the officials to see that the people who handed over the applications seeking solutions on Grievance Day must not come again for the second time with their grievances to the district headquarters. With the full of commitment, the officials of concerned departments, seeking cooperation from other departments, must solve the grievances of the people and must build confidence among the people on the government, advised the Collector.

The Collector, in coordination with the officials of various departments, solved many problems of the people who attended the Grievance Day by insisting concerned officials at mandal and district levels. Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Marapaka Nagesh, Revenue Divisional Officer Purnachandra and the Collectorate Administrative Officer Madan Gopal and other officials were present.
