Karimnagar: Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) district in-charge Gade Innaiah alleged that the irregularities occurred in the updation of land records is killing the ownership rights of farmers present across the State.

Following the call given by the State committee, TJS representatives staged Rythu Deeksha here in front of the Collectorate on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, Gade Innaiah stated that the revenue officials have committed many mistakes in land upgradation works, to complete the works within three months, the time limit fixed by the government.

Without proper knowledge about how to operate computers and update the details and unable to bear the pressure, the revenue officials and staff along with contract employees made several mistakes in land updation works, he alleged.

The farmers faced many problems at the time of distribution of Rythu Bandhu cheques and pattadar passbooks due to these mistakes. Innaiah demanded the government rectify the mistakes committed in land updation works along with solving technical problems, which raised in Dharani website.

TJS leaders Narsing, Venkata Mallaiah, Venu Gopal, Salim Pasha, Krishna Reddy, Kumaraswamy, Kanuka Reddy, Ankush, Ramesh, Jayakanth, Lakshma Reddy, Mohan Rao, Satyanarayana Reddy, Satish, Kumar, Devadas and Kishan Nayak, Chukka Ganga Reddy, Gopu Ilaiah Yadav, Rajesham, N Ramesh, Kanakaiah and Ravinder Reddy were present.
