Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi leader K Dileep Kumar, who was earlier a close aide of TRS chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, warned of exposing CM’s wrongdoings in Sahara and ESI-related scams that took place in UPA-1 regime.

The ex-MLC, who took serious objection to the arrest of Congress leader and former legislator Jagga Reddy pertaining to a case lodged 15 years ago, said that he would expose KCR. Addressing the media here on Tuesday, Dileep said that Jagga Reddy was framed deliberately by the TRS government and it was a clear case of vengeance politics.

He questioned why people involved in Miyapur land scam case and Nayeem case were not arrested so far. Dileep stated that he knew how K Chandrashekar Rao collected Rs 15 crore for constructing Telangana Bhavan. Pointing out to external forces behind allegations levelled against him by former member Prof Jyothsna, he said many have contributed for renovation of party office.

Meanwhile, other TJS leaders tried to clear Dileep’s name from the charges. They said that Jyothsna joined the party same day when Dileep joined. Many NRIs came forward to offer donations. Even the amount that Jyothsna is said to have given to the party (Rs 1.8 lakh), an NRI contributed 1 lakh share of it, leaders said.
