Tungaturhi / Yadagirigutta: While official TRS MLA candidates have been carrying out election campaign, on the other, the dissident leaders are continuing their demand for change of candidates.
On Wednesday, TRS dissident leader and State Warehouse Corporation chairman Mandula Samuel organized a huge rally against the candidature of Gadhari Kishore from Tungaturhi Assembly constituency.
He took out the rally with his supporters on vehicles on Wednesday. The rally covered the entire constituency and passed through the Mothkur, Addaguduru, Tirumalagiri, Nagaram, Arvapally, Nutankal, Maddirala and Tungaturthy mandals.
Speaking on the occasion, he said as a disciplined leader he followed the party supremo KCR instructions in2014 and played key role in winning party candidate Gadhari Kishore who got ticket under OUJAC quota.
Stating he was a local and strived hard to strengthen the party in the constituency since the party’s foundation in 2001 and had good network in every village than Kishore, he advised KCR to rethink on the party candidate and urged him to field him to win the Tungaturthi seat with thumping majority.
Meanwhile, TRS dissident leaders offered prayers to Lord Laxmi Narasimha Swamy at Vikunta Dwaram and offered 116 coconuts to the deity. Speaking on the occasion dissident leaders S Shettaiah , G Narender, L.Upender reddy, V.Veera Reddy, K.Mohan Reddy and others said party will defeat in Aler constituency if Sunitha’s candidature was not changed.
They openly alleged that MLA Sunitha ignored party loyal leaders and workers in the last four years. Moreover, her husband Mahender Reddy has done real estate business and other businesses to earn money through backdoor methods.
They urged CM KCR to contest from Aler for development of constituency and to realize the assured promise of providing Godavari waters to Gandamalla and Basvapur reservoirs designed under prestigious Kaleshwaram project.
