Kukatpally: Congress party workers led by Sheri Sateesh Reddy, the constituency president, took out a rally to Gandhi Bhavan demanding that the party contest Kukatpally on behalf of ‘Mahakutami’. Satheesh Reddy garlanded the statue of PJR at Bhagyanagar bus stop and took a rally of 150 cars, 200 bikes to Gandhi Bhavan. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the constituency has at least 38% of vote bank and has capacity to win the constituency.

He said the party workers are ready to ensure victory to the party irrespective of the candidate chosen. He opined that TDP does not have candidates who can win as MLA, he said. He appealed to the party to allocate the seat to a local candidate rather than a non-local candidate. He exuded confidence that the party high command would consider their demand.
