Suryapet: The padayatra of AP youth Rohit with a wish that TRS retain power reached Suryapet town on Sunday. Local TRS leaders and workers under the leadership of district library chairman Nimmala Srinivas Goud welcomed Rohit Kumar Reddy.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that he started his padayatra from Vijayawada after performing a special puja at Kanakadurga temple and will conclude his padayatra in Hyderabad.
He said that he was so impressed by CM KCR and his son KTR’s commitment and the way they ruled the state that put Telangana on top among the States in the country in a short span of four years, he became fan of the duo.
He wished that TRS should retain the power in the upcoming Assembly elections for the welfare of downtrodden sections and uninterrupted progress of the State.
He opined that it is time for TRS workers and leaders to strive like soldiers to bring TRS in power once again in the state. Local TRS leaders P Narsiah Yadav, M Srinivas, N Madhu Goud, K Dilpi Reddy, Councillors Ganduri Ramesh, Thandu Madhu and others participated.
