Bathukamma celebrated at Medak District Collectorate

​Medak: Medak District Collector Dharma Reddy extended his greetings to women ahead of Bathukamma and Dussehra festivals. Several women participated in the festival held at the Collectorate here on Monday. On the occasion, the Collector offered prayers to Bathukamma and started the celebrations. He observed that the festival essentially represents the Telangana culture. DRDO Sitarama Rao, DWO Jyothi Padma, BCWO Sudhakar, Science Officer Raji Reddy and women participated in the celebrations.
