Medak: Consumer help center of Civil Supplies Department of Telangana state solved a medical negligence case within a short period of one month and the victim family received a compensation of Rs 3 lakh from the erring doctor.
Santhosha, a 45-year-old resident of Koudipalli of Medak district, joined a local private hospital Uma Narsing Home for family planning operation on March 20. She was operated upon by an RMP doctor Prabhakar, but the patient died the next day (March 21) due to medical negligence.
