Revanth, KTR poorer than their spouses
KTR declared his assets worth nearly Rs 5 crore that include Rs 363 crore as movable and Rs 130 crore as immovable properties His wife, Shailima, has nearly Rs 36 crore worth assets to her name, including 898 crore immovable assets The TRS leaders daughter, K Alekhya, also has the bank balance of Rs 19,59 lakh The total liabilities in the name of KTR is 3328 lakh and in his wifes Rs 2740
​Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader KT Rama Rao and TPCC Working President A Revanth Reddy seem to be poorer than their respective spouses. While the TRS leader filed nomination on Monday in Sircilla, Revanth filed his papers in Kodangal.
KTR declared his assets worth nearly Rs 5 crore that include Rs 3.63 crore as movable and Rs 1.30 crore as immovable properties. His wife, Shailima, has nearly Rs 36 crore worth assets to her name, including 8.98 crore immovable assets. The TRS leader’s daughter, K Alekhya, also has the bank balance of Rs 19,59 lakh. The total liabilities in the name of KTR is 33.28 lakh and in his wife’s Rs 27.40 crore.
The TRS leader invested Rs 38 lakh in AT Home Hospitalities Service Limited, Rs 9 lakh in demat shares and Rs 26 lakh in LIC policies. He owns an Innova car worth Rs 26,88 lakh besides Rs 2.50 lakh worth gold. The TRS leader also bought non agriculture and agriculture land worth Rs 1.30 crore in Erravelli and Sircilla.
Coming to TPCC working president, he has assets nearly Rs 9.70 crore that include Rs 1.74 crore movable assets like Honda City and Hundai Accent cars, a pistol, a rifle.
He has invested Rs 10 lakh in Indira Legislators Mutually Aided Cooperative Society, bought 350 square yards non-agriculture land and 31 guntas non agriculture land in Gopanpally village in Sherlingampally mandal of Rangareddy district. Revanth also owns a residential building on 4,750 square yard plot in his native Kalwakurthy village. Over 1.4 crore liabilities are there in Congress leader’s name.
Meanwhile, Revanth’s wife Geeta has Rs 9.44 crore immovable and Rs 2.27 crore worth movable assets totaling Rs 11.72 core to her name. Insurance policies worth Rs 2.28 crore, Rs 1.05 crore dues from Sai Maurya Estate Projects, Rs 56 lakh worth gold and diamonds are among the immovable assets possessed by Geeta.
A house valued at Rs 2.02 crore constructed on 450 sqaure yards in Banjara Hills in Hyderabad, an 8,517 sqaure feet plot valued at Rs 4.78 crore at Jubilee Hills Cooperative Housing Society are registered in her name under immovable assets category.
