Anjan Kumar campaigns for his son

Musheerabad: Former MP and city Congress president Anjan Kumar Yadav campaigned in several colonies of Musheerabad division on Thursday, in support of his son and Musheerabad Congress candidate Anil Kumar Yadav. Speaking during the campaign, he appealed to the people to elect his son with a huge majority. He alleged that both the central and state governments are looting people and have failed to address public issues.

Responding to BJP state president Dr Laxman’s comments that people would vote based on development, Anjan Kumar ridiculed that he hasn’t done any developmental works in the last four years and does not deserve to seek votes. Calling minorities as intelligent people, he said that they know whom to vote. He expressed confidence that people are with Praja Kutami, as they know well that development is possible only with the Congress Party.
