Kothagudem: District Collector Rajat Kumar Saini asked all district officials not to neglect the Prajavani applications. On Monday, he chaired the Prajavani programme held at the Collectorate. Collector Saini received applications from people and forwarded the same to the concerned departments for clearing.
Later addressing the officers, he said that every officer in his respective department has to attend the Prajavani programme compulsory on every Monday. If any officer is unable to attend the programme, hse must take prior permission a day before and make arrangement for the alternate staff in his department for that purpose, he added.
He also added that the officer, who is the head of the department, should attend the Prajavani programme without fail. The District Collector expressed his displeasure as many officers do not attend the Prajavani programmes regularly. DRDA Project Director PJagath Kumar Reddy, and other staff attended the programme.
