Hyderabad: Atharva Foundation headed by Sunil Rane has taken up an initiative to distribute laptops to the daughters of martyrs, as part of contribution towards the education of the martyr's families. As a start, 5-laptops were distributed to the daughters of Indian martyred soldiers at the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunil Rane, chairman of Atharva Foundation, said, "The Foundation would initiate distribution of 300 plus laptops (in 100 days) to provide online education to the daughters of the martyrs in various states of India. We are set to add more laptops in the future as many philanthropists are coming forward with their contribution." He added, "Our mission is to develop, assist and enlighten the lives of martyrs’ daughters with knowledge through technology and be the force of motivation for them to shine. The initiative is all set to distribute in many parts of India soon.”

Rane also announced the season 2 of “One for all, all for one,” an event to pay tributes to Indian Army and salute its soldiers. He said, “It is a tribute to those soldiers who have never been recognized for their sacrifice. This initiative is an opportunity for all of us to come together to gratify and honour the armed forces. The programme will be held in various Indian cities, remembering Indian soldiers & their heroics. It aims to inspire young people to take pride in these brave men and follow their path to serve the country.” Wing Commander (Retd) Jag Mohan Nath, the only Indian soldier alive to receive Mahavir Chakra twice, actors Raza Murad, Mahima Chaudhary, Zayed Khan, Monica Sharma & actress Archana were present on the occasion.
