Kutami fans out in Musheerabad

Musheerabad: People Front leaders and party workers of alliance parties intensified their campaign in support of Musheerabad Congress candidate Anil Kumar Yadav on Friday. They visited all the masjids in the constituency and campaigned before masjids after Friday prayers. The leaders expressed confidence that Congress candidate would win the Musheerabad seat despite desperate attempts by TRS and BJP. During their campaign, they appealed to the Muslim voters to vote for Congress as exhorted by Congress senior leader Gulab Nabi Azad in an election meeting held on Thursday at Bholakpur. They demanded that KCR to apologise to Muslims for his comments against a minority youth who questioned about reservation recently.

Former MP and city Congress president Anjan Kumar Yadav too has been making his efforts to meet various community groups and associations to garner support for his son Anil. As part of his efforts, he met MRPS founding president Manda Krishna Madiga and sought his support and Manda Krishna responded positively to his appeal and extended his support to the Congress candidate. Speaking on the occasion, Anjan Kumar said that KCR should learn from the MRPS leader how to conduct agitations and accused KCR of making false agitations while OU students sacrificed their lives. Explaining his close association with dalits, he appealed them to extend their support to the Congress party candidate.
