WWSO takes out a rally to stop its use

Nizampet: Women Welfare Service Organisation (WWSO) along with students of Glorious School on Friday took out a rally to sensitise people on the need of banning plastic. They raised slogans on the ill effects of using plastic and how it pollutes planet Earth.

Latha Chowdary, the president of WWSO, said, “Apart from plastic banning events, we are actively involved in spreading awareness about hygiene and sanitary needs in rural women and adolescent girls. We help women entrepreneurs with timely guidance to march towards financial independence spreading smiles for the families involved. We give support to widows and orphans likewise providing vocational courses of individual’s interest.”
