​Hyderabad: Former MP V Hanumantha Rao on Saturday said that lot of names of voters had been deleted in the State during the Assembly election and this should not be repeated in Panchayat election. Addressing the media, he said that the reservations to the BCs should be raised by holding an Assembly meeting to pass the bill in this regard. He alleged that the ruling TRS has been trying to suppress the BC leaders.

He demanded TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy and former working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka to bring pressure on the government to see that the reservations of the BCs are placed in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution.
