Bandlaguda:The Telangana State Legal Services Authority, along with City Civil Court Legal Services Authority, organised a mega camp on Thursday on National Legal Services Authority’s (NALSA) child-friendly legal services scheme in Bandlaguda.Some 2,000 students from 25 government and private schools of the Old City area took active part in the event.

They also took part in essay writing and elocution competitions, and the winners of the competition were awarded with certificates and prizes by the dignitaries. Later, the City Civil Court Legal Services Authority, in coordination with Greater Hyderabad Youth Association and other NGOs, donated cycles to school girls who are economically backward.

They also gave away tri-cycles and wheel chairs to the differently abled. At the camp, para-legal volunteers Mubashir Shareef, Dilshad Al Attas and Zoýa Mahveen and social activists Saber Yamani and Md Nayeemuddin coordinated with the authorities in successfully holding the camp in the Old City area.
