Siddipet: A large number of devotees witnessed and took part in Kudavelli Ramalingeshwara Swamy jatara celebrations with religious fervour in Rameshwarpalli in Dubbak mandal on Tuesday. The numbers swelled this year as RTC deployed special buses to the village from various parts of the district.The devotees offered special pujas after taking holy dip in temple tank. Temple management arranged free and also special darshanms on the occasion.

Endowment officers and police arranged additional queues as heavy rush was witnessed. Drinking water stalls and cool sheds were set up to see no devotee would face inconvenience. A heavy police force was deployed. According to reports, about one lakh devotees visited the temple.
District Collector Krishna Bhasker visited the temple and offered special prayers. Temple priests welcomed him with purnakumbam and offered him teertha prasadamas.

Later, the temple management felicitated the Collector with traditional shawl. Devotees from neighbouring districts are turning up in large numbers at the temple.ACP Rameshwar, Dubbak CI Parasuram Goud, Bhumpalli SI Rajesh also offered special pujas. Dubbak SI Shubash Goud, Meerudodi SI Vijay Bhasker, temple priests Srinivasa Sharma, Saketh Sharma, EO Srinivas Reddy,MPP R Padmasriramulu, MPTC Laksmi Swamy Goud, temple temprory committee members Shanker Goud, G Kishan, Ramakrishna Reddy,Ravi Kumar and others were present.
