Over 10,000 tourists enjoy trip to Nagarjunasagar

Nagarjunasagar: A large number of tourists, according to Department of Tourism over 10,000, thronged the Nagarjunasagar on Saturday and Sunday.

Tourists with their families visited Buddavanam, launch station, power generation plant, Anupu and waterfalls and took photographs and selfies on the banks of Krishna River and at old bridge besides enjoying ferry travelling in Krishna waters.

Youngsters took a dip in Krishna waters at Pushkar Ghat of Shivalayam. Tourists went to Nagarjuna Konda through ferries from launch station and enquired about the history of Nagarjunasagar from tourist guides and staff of Department of Tourism.
