Bhadrachalam (Kothagudem): Efforts are being made to ensure that the students of agency schools score good grades in the ensuing SSC examinations, said the Integrated Tribal Development Authority Project Officer VP Gautham.

The official toured Charla mandal in Bhadradri-Kothagudem district on Thursday and inspected schools, government offices, primary health centre and under an under construction building of Ekalavya Model School.

The official spoke to the students and officials and had midday meal at a tribal welfare school along with students. Speaking on the occasion, he said focus would be laid on improving the conditions in tribal schools and colleges.

Gautham said he was fortunate to be appointed as the Project Officer of ITDA adding that he would conduct field visits regularly to assess the ground-level situation and implementation of government programmes.
