I’ll not vote for Kamal, Rajni

Popular actor Prakash Raj announced that he would not vote for matinee idols like Kamal Haasan and Rajnikanth if they enter politics in Tamil Nadu.

“I am a great admirer of their work in films,” says Prakash and adds “But I can’t vote for them since politics is a different ball game,” he adds. Elaborating further, he says “Voting is done on the basis of various pressing issues and who will be able to resolve them, rather just based on the charisma,” he points out.

Every actor who wants to step into politics, should reveal his or her road map to resolve issues of the people because charisma is not enough to win elections. “The stars shouldn’t themselves believe that they are born leaders, rather people should make them one. It is people’s call anyway. However, it is my personal take on their entry,” he concludes.
