Karimnagar: The district officials were directed to prepare estimation report of the funds required for repairing all government schools and to provide basic facilities in the district.
District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed held a meeting with the officials of district administration at the Collectorate conference hall here on Monday.He suggested District Education officer (DEO) to prepare a complete report detailing the funds required for compound wall painting, construction of toilets, kitchen sheds, additional class rooms, repairing of walls, leakages and main gates of all the schools present in the district.
The Collector ordered District Supply Officer (DSO) to submit a report of payment made to farmers on the grains purchased from them through purchasing centres in the district. The Pachayat Raj officer was told to submit a report about the taxes collected till date in the district.
The officials were also told to take necessary steps for purchasing lands in every mandal to distribute it to people belonging to Scheduled Castes under Land Distribution Scheme.
The Collector asked the officials to complete the repairing works of the water pipeline at Mankkamma Thota in the city. Joint Collector B Srinivas and District Revenue Officer T Veerabrahmaiah were present along with other officials in the meeting.
