Mahabubabad: District Collector Dr Preethi Meena on Thursday ordered the revenue department officials to carry on land reform works perfectly without giving scope for irregularities. She inspected land reform works in Gandhampalli village of Bayyaram mandal and Pedda Kishtapur village of Garla mandal in Mahabubabad on the day.
Speaking on the occasion, Collector Dr Preethi Meena advised the farmers to sort out issues if they have any regarding lands as the revenue officials are going to stay in the villages for ten days to carry out land reform works.
The Collector also advised the farmers to enter the details of their Aadhaar card and bank account numbers in record along with their land details for getting Rs 8,000 per acre for two crops, which the government will sanction from next year.
The land owners must fill Form-4 if they had purchased any land from others and for inherited lands along with applying them to the officials for entering the details in the records along with submitting xerox copies for proof, she suggested.
She ordered the officials to identify whether the farmer, who was allotted assigned land for cultivation, was cultivating the land or not and whether submitting daily-wise details in Annexure-10 to the Revenue office by updating through online.
Later, the Collector Dr Preethi Meena paid a surprise visit to Primary Health Centre at Gandampalli village and interacted with the patients, who were undergoing treatment. She also enquired the doctors about the treatment provided to the patients in the hospital.
