District in-charge Collector S Prabhakar Reddy called upon the children to make use of their rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Peddapalli: District in-charge Collector S Prabhakar Reddy called upon the children to make use of their rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Addressing children on the occasion of Children’s Day programme held at Government School for Boys here on Tuesday, he said that 80 per cent of the schools have teaching staff and 90 per cent has infrastructure amenities. He advocated encouraging children in all spheres of activity and grooming them as good future citizens.
