Applications invited from disabled students to get special equipment
Applications are invited from the eligible disabled students to get vehicles and various kinds of equipment. Mahabubabad: Applications are invited from the eligible disabled students to get vehicles and various kinds of equipment. Releasing a statement here on Wednesday in this regard, District Welfare Officer Swarna Latha said, following the orders issued by B Shailaja, the Director of Disabled Welfare Department, Hyderabad, applications are invited from the eligible disabled students, who are pursuing their graduation and other higher courses for getting vehicles and various kinds of equipment, such as retrofitted motorised vehicle, laptops, MP-3 player, hearing machine, battery wheelchair and 4G smart mobile phones freely.
Applications forms can be downloaded from the websites www.tvcc.telangana. gov.in andwww.wosc.telangana.gov.in and must submit the filled in applications forms to the concern District Welfare Officers by November 24 along with all the documents that are mentioned.
The district committees were urged to prepare the list of eligible candidates after pursuing the applications that were received, to send the selected list to the Managing Director's office for distributing the said equipment to eligible disabled students at District Welfare Offices, Swarna Latha added.
