He gave away the stars to 15 constables, who were promoted as ASIs, here at SP Camp office on Wednesday.
SP Kiran Kumar, AO Bhaktha Prahalad, Superintendent Vamsi, Senior Assistant Kedara Suryakanth, Venkatesh, Imtiaz, Manzur and PRO Manohar were also present.
