City based corporate trainer, Sruti Mashru, founder of Eldin, was felicitated with the ‘India’s Brands & Leadership Award 2018’ by actress Raveena Tandon, at The Leela Ambience, Gurgaon. The Award was presented in recognition of her contribution and excellence in the field of corporate training, especially for the unique training module ‘Know "Their" Behavioural Styles’ developed by her, at a glittering ceremony attended by prominent citizens and a galaxy of achievers from various fields. Speaking on receiving the award, Sruti Mashru said, being recognised as the best is awe inspiring and a tremendous impetus to excel further.
Sruti Mashru realised early in her career as a trainer, that one program doesn’t fit all. Taking cues from the training sessions, feedback form trainees and blending her own insights, she developed the powerful training module, ‘Know "Their" Behavioural Styles’ (KTBS). This programme gives better insights on ways to deal with people of different temperaments and personality traits, develops interpersonal skills. It enables conducive work environment through better sync between colleagues, rapport with clients and vendors and ability to manage and motivate teams. These learnings when applied at home, bring about harmony and cordial relationship in the family.
Sruti Mashru is a Certified trainer by DISC and is also recognised for her superlative competence in behavioural skills and advanced facilitation training by the American TESOL Institute. She is a qualified NLP trainer. Mashru was recently felicitated by the Saudi Business Conglomerate, Gold Tower Group with the prestigious International Iconic Award for being the Best Corporate Trainer.
The ‘India’s Brands & Leadership Award 2018’was curated by leading market research and brand consultants-Katalyst Research, as part of its quest to identify India’s best brands.
