For wiping out the Motherland's tears.
Your parents sacrificed you
For our and Mother India's sake.
Your struggles and sacrifices
Graced us today's our independence.
Truthful, pure and unselfish you were
We hail you as our Demi Gods!
Though you tasted many turbulences
You have all enshrined forever in our hearts.
You were the seers
Whose sacrifices did not go a waste.
It drove the British out of our country.
Mother India's dearly loving brave-hearts!
