In present times , the Committee conducts seminars, symposiums and talks on topic of current interest On Saturday, a seminar on Economics Of Happiness was organised. It was attended by Col(retd) Dr.V.P Singh Professor of Medicine, Bharati Vidya peeth medical college,Pune.
At the seminar Dr.Singh highlighted the difference between gross domestic product (GDP) Gross National Happiness GNH) supported by statistics from global sources He said that it is important to focus in making society happy instead of focusing only on making people monetarily rich.
