Lords bags GHMC contract
Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology- a Premier Engineering Institution in the city of Hyderabad achieved yet another milestone, as students & faculty of Civil Engineering Department bagged a Contract from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to carryout Quality Control (QC) for GHMC Works at Various Circles across the city of Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology- a Premier Engineering Institution in the city of Hyderabad achieved yet another milestone, as students & faculty of Civil Engineering Department bagged a Contract from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to carryout Quality Control (QC) for GHMC Works at Various Circles across the city of Hyderabad.
The Faculty of Civil Engineering Department at Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology has tremendous track record, the department has more than 100 research papers to its name and many publications in National & International journals. The Department is in the process of bagging 3 patents for the students’ research works done so far.
The Department is equipped with the latest of technology and has major emphasis on R&D. The present award of Inspection of contract by esteemed body like GHMC proves the mettle of Civil Engineering Department of Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology. In the past, the Institution has also executed various other works for Maulana Azad National Urdu University and other Private Construction companies.
Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology has several achievements to its name and had always been in the forefront of Innovation, as the students from the Institution have bagged top prizes in national level competition for their innovations like waste water utilization, Solar Cars, Dual Fuel Bike - "Aqua generator" -(product which creates Water), Mono Airplane, Acetylene Bike, etc.
