BSNL rolls out new IPL plans, starting at Rs 199
BSNL has announced two new prepaid plans for its users who are fans of the current Indian Premier League Twenty20 (also known as IPLT20).
State telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has announced two new special tariff vouchers STV 199/201 and STV 499 on Twitter. This plan is for its users who are fans of the current Indian Premier League Twenty20 (also known as IPLT20).
The key point of this plan is that it will offer the cricket score during the current T20 match and the Personalized Ring Bank Tone service (PRBT) after the match. This PRBT service can be chosen as any song or name melody by downloading the MY BSNL Tune application from the Google Play store. Another additional feature of this STVs is that during match hours, users will receive a Cricket Alert (SMS) every 15-20 minute interval with the score.

BSNL STV 199/201
As part of this plan, BSNL will offer unlimited voice calls, both local and STD, on the network / off the network in the home local service area. In terms of data, users will get 1 GB of data per day and the validity is for 28 days. According to the Tweet of BSNL, this plan will cost Rs 201 for regions in the north and Rs 199 in other regions.
BSNL STV 499
Under this plan, BSNL offers unlimited voice calls, both local and STD, on the network / off the network in the home local service area. On that, it is also valid in national roaming, including the Delhi and Mumbai circles, too. The users will obtain data of 1GB and 100 SMS per day with a validity of 90 days.
To remember, these special tariff vouchers were first introduced in Chennai phones (including the Tamil Nadu Circle) in the prepaid GSM mobile service in March 2019, but now they have also been extended to other circles.
