Google will soon make it easier for users around the world to keep track of their favourite sports teams score. The search giant has already allowed users to pin live scores on the home screen of Android smartphones and allow users to add multiple anchored matches as well. Now, it goes one step further, and now it will save you the effort of pinning the live score on the home screen. As Android Police mentioned, Google will now automatically pin live match scores of your favourite teams every time they play against each other.

The next time you pin a live dashboard on the home screen, you can touch the floating box to see the "Automatically pin future matches" option. In the given option, you can select the teams, which when they play against each other, will allow Google to pin it automatically. The report adds that, for now, this feature can be used for MLB, football and cricket matches. More sports could be added soon. It is also mentioned that one can select as many teams as he wants for each sport. However, it seems that you could disable them only when the card pops out.

While this should be a welcome change for sports enthusiasts, Google is also working to make life easier for other users. Google Assistant got the ability to read text messages that come in third-party apps, including WhatsApp, Slack and more.

Android Police states that users can try this by saying "read my messages" to the Google Assistant. For this, you would have to give access to the Google application notification. You can change this at any time from the Settings application. Once this is done, users will see a pop-up card and read the last text message along with the app from where they are reading the message and the person who sent this message. Then, users have the option to give voice commands for it. Once you have sent the reply, the message is marked as "Read."
