Learn to add contacts to WhatsApp groups without saving their contact details

WhatsApp, Facebook-owned instant messaging platform, is one of the most widely used chat applications worldwide. Well, there is an integrated way in WhatsApp. In the latest update, WhatsApp has added a new group invitation link feature that allows administrators to add members to a group without saving each participant's contact information.

Pre-requirements:

♦ Your device must be installed with the latest version of WhatsApp

♦ Users must have the administrator rights for that particular group, to create the invitation link

Follow these simple instructions:

1. From the home screen launch the WhatsApp messenger app

2. Go to the group conversation window

3. Click on the three-dots from the top-right corner of the screen

4. Then open the Group info option

5. Scroll down and click on the option 'Invite via the link'

6. Now a message will be displayed saying 'Invite link has been made' and below that there will be four option to choose from -- Send link via WhatsApp, Copy link, Share link as well as Revoke link

7. Share this link to the contact you want to add to the group
