Today Xiaomi hosted its Smarter Living 2020 event in the country. Xiaomi launched several smart home products in India including the Mi Smart Band 4. Yes, you read it right Xiaomi is calling this Mi Smart Band 4 and not just Mi Band 4 like previous generation Mi Bands.
The Mi Smart Band 4 is available at a starting price of Rs 2,299. In India, this Smart Band 4 will be available from September 19 across various retail channels -- Mi.com, Mi Home store and Amazon.in. The Mi Smart Band 4 is available in five colour bands along with a coloured display.
Features of Mi Smart Band 4
The Mi Smart Band 4 comes with a bigger rubber band and coloured OLED display. Xiaomi has used a coloured display in a Mi Band for the first time. It promises 20 days of battery life on a single charge.
The Mi Smart Band 4 comes with a 0.95-inch AMOLED colour touch-enabled screen with a resolution of 240 x 120p. The screen is protected with a layer of 2.5D curved glass on top. The Mi Smart Band 4 can show several kinds of notifications like SMSes, WhatsApp messages, fitness details etc. The Mi Smart Band 4 also allows users to control music playback of their smartphones.
The Mi Smart Band 4 has a heart rate sensor and several improved tracking features. It has fitness features like step counting, sleep monitoring, among other things. It can also detect various activities like running, jogging, cycling and more. The Mi Band 4 is also packed with an upgraded six-axis sensor that can detect the different style of swimming like Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly stroke, and Medley.
