This is based on data received from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), it indicates the strict policy of Donald Trump administration on H-1B visa petitions. The study discloses that the rejection rate is highest among major Indian IT companies.

Other than the rejection of H-1B visa petitions, some companies are disqualified/debarred from applying for H-1B visas by the US Department of Labor (DoL).
