Exciting news for Samsung Galaxy users as Galaxy AI features are anticipated to extend to high-end models, enhancing user experience.

Samsung made waves in the smartphone market by introducing Galaxy AI alongside the Galaxy S24 series earlier this year. Amidst the buzz surrounding this innovative technology, users of older Galaxy smartphones eagerly await news of compatibility. Recent leaks suggest promising developments, indicating that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series and other 2023 high-end models are poised to receive Galaxy AI features.

Anticipated AI Features for Samsung Galaxy S23

According to revelations from X user Tarun Vats, Samsung intends to extend Galaxy AI capabilities to its high-end offerings, including the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and the Galaxy S23 FE. Regrettably, budget and mid-range Galaxy smartphones may not be included in this upgrade, as current leaks indicate.

The leaked information highlights four key Galaxy AI features expected to debut on these devices: Circle to Search, Live Translate, Note Assist, and Photo Assist. Circle to Search allows users to conduct Google searches by circling subjects instead of typing keywords, enhancing search functionality.

Furthermore, it's noted that there will be two versions of OneUI 6.1—one integrating AI features and the other omitting them. While the anticipated timeline for the rollout of AI features to the Galaxy S23 series is the first half of 2024, specific dates and availability for other devices remain undisclosed. Surprisingly, there's speculation regarding integrating AI features into the Galaxy Tab S9, a development that may disappoint Galaxy S22 users.

Incorporating these Galaxy AI features, notably Circle to Search, promises to elevate the smartphone experience for users of these high-end devices. This enhancement aligns Samsung with competitors like Google Pixel, potentially setting a new standard in smartphone functionality for 2023 high-end models.
