As part of 30-day action plan, she participated in sanitation drive.

She interacted with the locals and was outraged over the dirtiness near wines shops and immediately imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on Tanvee wine shop and also on other two wine shops.

Later, the Collector participated in gram sabha in the village and created awareness to the people about the importance of maintaining cleanliness to prevent spread of diseases and how to maintain. She urged the people to participate in 30-day action plan and directed the officials to register the villagers' names, who participate in the programme.

Bharathi strictly told the locals not to dump garbage on roads or in vacant lands and to make their villages clean and green. If everyone maintains the surroundings of their house clean and neat, then only all villages will become neat.

District panchayat officer, Tandur mandal special officer Shashikala, village Sarpanch Kondu Anjibabu, mandal parishad president Pranay Kumar, MPTCs Sirangi Shankar, Perka Rajitha, village secretary Srikanth, ward members Zubeer, Chintu and others were present.
