21 MPP chiefs, vice-presidents take oath in Kamareddy

Kamareddy: Of the total 22 Mandal Praja Parishads in Kamareddy district, 21 Mandal MPP and vice-MPPs have sworn in here on Thursday and immediately took over the responsibilities.

Krishnaveni could not take the oath of office as Nagireddipet MPP, as she was disqualified. Patola Jyoti Durga Reddy took oath as the President of Nizamsagar Mandal Praja Parishad.

Jukkal MLA Hanmanth Shinde and ZP chairman Dafedar Raju attended the sworn in programme. Ashok Patil had sworn in as Bichkunda MPP president. Telangana Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy attended the swearing-in ceremony of Banswada MPP Neeraja Venkat Reddy.

Srinivasa Reddy congratulated vice-chairman and co-opted members after they took oath.

Pippri Anjaneyulu has sworn in as Kamareddy Mandal and Urudhonda Naresh has sworn in as vice-president. Kamareddy MLA Gampa Govardhan congratulated them.

Dasarathara Reddy had sworn in as Ramaredyy Mandal MPP along with his governing body.

The event was attended by MLA Jajala Surender. Yellareddy MPP Karre Madhavi and vice-president E Narasimha, both from Congress, sworn in on the day.
