3 suspected of being affected to coronavirus admitted to Gandhi Hospital

A day after a man tested positive for coronavirus in Hyderabad, three others admitted to Gandhi Hospital on Tuesday suspected of being affected by coronavirus.

The patients were shifted to the isolation ward and their blood samples were collected for examination. The doctors said that they are awaiting the reports of the three patients. Corona nodal officer Prabhakar said that the reports of 22 patients have yet to come.

Techie who has been affected by the virus is said to have been infected 10 days ago. While returning to Hyderabad, the patients have come across 80 people and the officials are ascertaining the details of them to conduct the tests. The patient has gone to Dubai to work with Hong Kong people and then returned to Bengaluru. He then came back to Hyderabad on a bus.

Suspecting of being infected by the virus, he was admitted to Apollo Hospitals, Secunderabad and was later shifted to Gandhi Hospital. The staff who attended the patient were also sent to Gandhi Hospital for tests.
