B Vinod Kumar is number one among MPs

Karimnagar: Parliamentarian Boinapalli Vinod Kumar of Karimnagar district stood in number one position among the MP candidates present across the nation, who attended the 16th Lok Sabha by participating 106 times in the discussions that were held on various issues.

According to the reports announced by PRC India organisaton, Karimnagar MP B Vinod Kumar attended the Lok Sabha as many as 106 times in his tenure of five years. He is also number one among the MP candidates, who introduced maximum number of private bills in the Lok Sabha.

Vinod Kumar was second in position in asking questions during question hour time in Lok Sabha and stood eighth in position in attendance with 77 percentage. He strived hard for sanctioning several railway projects to the Telangana State. He is also responsible for sanctioning of railway line between Kottapalli and Manoharabad, which is a dream project of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

He was responsible for sanctioning of Rs 350 crores for laying of broad-gauge Railway line between Kottapalli and Manoharabad and on August 7, 2015 it was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

With the initiation taken by MP Vinod Kumar, about Rs 104 crores were sanctioned for the construction of railway-over-bridge at Uppal, Bijigirisharief railway stations, which falls under Karimnagar Lok Sabha Constituency along with sanctioning of Rs 102 crore for the construction of ROB over Luxettipet road in Karimnagar. The Karimnagar-Tirupati express use to run twice a week from Karimnagar earlier. But due to the constant efforts and pressure exerted by the MP on railway department, the department is running Karimnagar-Tirupati express four times a week.

With the same zeal and enthusiasm, MP Vinod Kumar is going to contest in the 17th Lok Sabha elections from Karimnagar and started election campaign with a massive meeting in Karimnagar by inviting TRS working president KT Rama Rao and is confident that he is going to win bumper majority.
