BJP wants HC to take cognisance of Talasani's statement on encounter
Telangana BJP unit chief spokesperson K Krishna Saagar Rao has said that Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has made a public statement to suggest that it's Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who has got the 4 accused killed in a staged encounter and brazenly tried to take political advantage of the encounter incident and leverage the heinous crime and the surge of people's emotions, for petty political expediency.

"BJP wants the High Court of Telangana State to take cognisance of the Minister's public statement to a popular vernacular TV channel on Disha's encounter issue," he said, adding that the BJP accepts the Cyberabad Police Commissioner's statement without any doubt.
However, we are shocked at Srinivas Yadav's political statements on the same day of the incident, he stated.
The BJP in Telangana State has been at the forefront of building pressure on the TRS government to bring the perpetrators of the heinous crime on Disha to justice, Rao said.
He mentioned that the BJP-led Central government is making all efforts to ensure that trial-time for ensuring speedy justice in heinous crimes against women is reduced drastically, by reforming the current criminal justice system.
