Call to get illegal taps regularised at LB Nagar

LB Nagar: Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) General Manager Prasad and DGM Srinivas called on MLA Devireddy Sudheer Reddy on Friday.

They took to his notice the illegal tap connection in LB Nagar Constituency.

Sudheer Reddy said the government had come up with voluntary disclosure scheme (VDS) for getting illegal drinking water connections regularised.

"According to the scheme, one can get connection regularised merely through payment of connection charges, and one month's water bill," he added, calling upon people to avail of the opportunity.
