Kothagudem: Superintendent of Police Sunil Dutt on Tuesday has conducted a meeting with forest officials after the incident of attack on department officials on Monday.
Addressing the meeting, the SP said the meeting was being conducted to help the officials and police departments have better coordination. Stating that police would always support officials protecting the forest lands, the SP requested the forest officials to give prior information to local police and get the security before they take on encroachments.
Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Uday Kumar Reddy, District Forest Officer Ram Babu and all district forest officers attended the meeting.
