According to the Banjara Hills police, the man who is asymptomatic to COVID-19 has been advised to self-quarantine but he was locked up by a resident of the building when the former was making plans to step out of the house.

The man is said to have had an argument with one of the residents in the apartment who suspected him of going out of his house and locked up him, the police said. The police said that they asked the apartment residents not to do such things and to alert the police if they have any problems.

People who returned from the foreign have been advised to home quarantine for 14 days. However, there were reports that people not following the instructions. To ensure that the people returned from foreign trips are maintaining their quarantine, the police and the health authorities are doing the door-to-door survey.
