DCA conducts raids in Rajendranagar
Officials of Telangana Drug Control Administration (DCA) conducted raids on medical shops under Rajendranagar Circle. Notices were issued to shop owners who flouted norms.
Rajendranagar: Officials of Telangana Drug Control Administration (DCA) conducted raids on medical shops under Rajendranagar Circle. Notices were issued to shop owners who flouted norms.
Led by Assistant Director Anjum Abida, DCA, Ranga Reddy the raids were conducted in Mailardevpally, Shivarampally, Hasan Nagar and Upparpally. The drug inspectors, L Raju (Rajendranagar), D Srilatha (Hayathnagar), Shailaja Rani (Saroornagar), K Devendar Reddy (Serilingampally), Sri Bindu (Vikarabad) undertook the raids.
The officials asked the druggists to adhere to the norms and to issue drugs as per the prescriptions and provide bill and to maintain register.
The officials cautioned to initiate action against the owners of the shops if found guilty.
