Food delivery boy arrested for sexually assaulting minor girl in Hyderabad

A food delivery boy has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a minor girl from Special Home for Children (Girls) in Nimboliadda. The accused was identified as P Shiva (21), a native of IDA Bolaram of Sangareddy district.

According to the police, the home matron gave the keys of the gate to some girls and asked them to open the lock when a few persons visited home for some work. The victim opened the gate and forgot to relock. She then handed over the key to the matron.

Later, the accused called the girl over the mobile phone belonging to the watchman and lured out of the home on November 27. Shiva along with his friend kidnapped the girl and put her in a house in Miyapur for three days where he sexually assaulted her.

In the absence of the girl at home, the Miyapur police registered a case and traced her to the house. The accused, Shiva, who has gone absconding was arrested by the police on Wednesday night. He admitted to sexually violating the girl.

The girl was admitted by the Miyapur police at the special home when her mother refused to her since her missing in February.
