Medak: Finance Minister T Harish Rao on Friday held a review meeting on arrangements being made for Maha Shivaratri with district officials in Yedupayalu. He directed the officials to make sure devotees not face hardships. "The fair should be a grand success. Devotees of Vana Durga Matha will visit the fair in large numbers. Rs 75 lakh has been sanctioned toward organising the fair. CCTV cameras should be installed. Bandobast should be arranged. Special attention should be paid towards cleanliness," he added.
MLC S Subhash Reddy, MLA Padma Devender Reddy, District Collector Dharma Reddy, JS Nagesh, Yedupayalu Temple EO S Srinivas and others were present.
