"The State government should intervene and ensure setting up of a fast track court so that the victim's parents could get a speedy justice," he said and added that the onus is on Home Minister Md Mahmood Ali and the legislators to ensure that the accused get a stringent punishment at the earliest. He said that the government should take measures to avoid such gruesome incidents in the future.
